Sea-Changers fund True Harvest Seeds

June 13, 2017

We’re delighted to announce that Sea-Changers have awarded True Harvest Seeds funding for our latest project.

We will make seed collections of lyme, marram and sand couch grasses, sea sedge, sea kale and oyster plant (under licence and with landowner permission), and provide training in this for volunteers from local conservation groups. Part of the collection will be conserved in the seed bank while another part will be grown out in our nursery in Kilclief, providing seed for further conservation and restoration work.

If you’d like to volunteer with us, or your organisation would like more detail on this work to either avail of the seed or emulate the project, please visit our website www.trueharvestseeds.co.uk or email Barbara@trueharvestseeds.co.uk .

Thank you Sea-Changers!
